ANIMALS IN DANGER

Human beings and animals live in one world. We know a lot about this world, it is true, but we do not know everything. We look for new and interesting animals because we can learn from them.
We are finding them, but at the same time we are losing many more. We change things in our world quickly, but animals change very slowly. They are all going to disappear soon - or we can help them. Our home is their home too; we cannot forget this.

Today I read Animals in Danger. The book was written by Joc Potter and Andy Hopkins. Every year some species of animal disappear - we never see them again. Every year cities, factories and pollution eat up more land - land that animals need. Every year hunters kill more elephants, rhinoceros and tigers. Animals everywhere are in danger - what can the world do to save them?

I went to a cafe with my friend after school recently. My friend and I talked about a recent event in our school, our friends, and our high school days. The Spider and the Beehive

The spider was ready for the next treat. But when he tried to climb out of the hive, he was stuck. His had become too big! "Help! Get me out!" he cried. The boy said, "You have not been very nice to me. Good-bye, greedy spider!" Then off he went.(pp. 12-13) Today I read The Spider and the Beehive. The book was written by Kama Einhorn. Once upon a time, there was a small village and a little boy and a tricky spider are in it. The boy was good at finding the biggest and sweetest fruit in the village. Then, the tricky spider suggested going to jungle and getting some fruits with the boy. The boy and the spider went into the jungle, but the spider had fruits all to himself, and then he gained weight, so when he ate up all the sweet honey into a beehive, he could not get out of it! The boy did not help him. Ahter all, the spider was able to get out, but he mended his ways and always shared his fruits since then. I think that the spilit of mutual aid is very very im

SHREK THE THIRD

'Shrek, can you be the new King?' The King is dying but Shrek doesn't want to be the new King. With Donkey and Puss In Boots, he goes to find Arthur, the King's heir. But Prince Charming has other ideas ... Today, I read SHREK THE THIRD, a book in the Popcorn ELT Readers series. The story is famous in Japan, so I know the name of story. The book has a lot of picture. Thanks to this, it is very enjoyable to read, I think. Shrek is big, but afraid of things. So I think he is very cute, and I love him, too!
