The Hunt for Gold

The children looked and looked. They chouldn't find the little speck of gold. " I don't think we ever will," said Biff. "Oh no!" said everyone. Today I read The Hunt for Gold, a book in ORT series. The book was written by Roderick Hunt. The children go back in time and help to look for gold. This story is amusing and interesting. Especially, the end of this story was very very interesting! So I want everyone to read the book! Vocabulary nugget: 金塊、鉱物の塊

Memory of my weekend

Last Thursday, I went shopping in town with my best friend, and bought a gift for DEKKACHAN. Her birthday is June 23th! So we celebrated her birthday by giving a present. I like her so much! I want her to be happy!

THE LOST CUP

" NO! STOP!" you shout. You push the police officeraway and jump on the stage. The man shoots. You push Pele out of the way, and you both fall. There is blood everywhere. You smile and close your eyes. You know it's your blood. You have saved the King of Soccer. You didn't find the cup, but you die a hero! Today I read THE LOST CUP, a book in the Atama-ii series. The book was wrriten by James Broadbridge. As you know, Atama-ii books are multi-path adventure books. I read 3 paths, but none of the endings I read was a happy end. This series is veri interesting because I can choose the story by some choices. In this story, I was a detective, so this story was thrilling for me! I want to read it again! I'm always nervous in front of a lot of people, so I was worried that I could play perfectly. Finally, I failed in end of the song, but I had a very nice time! I will play in school festival, so I'll practice harder than this time!

The Spider and the Beehive

The spider was ready for the next treat. But when he tried to climb out of the hive, he was stuck. His had become too big! "Help! Get me out!" he cried. The boy said, "You have not been very nice to me. Good-bye, greedy spider!" Then off he went.(pp. 12-13) Today I read The Spider and the Beehive. The book was written by Kama Einhorn. Once upon a time, there was a small village and a little boy and a tricky spider are in it. The boy was good at finding the biggest and sweetest fruit in the village. Then, the tricky spider suggested going to jungle and getting some fruits with the boy. The boy and the spider went into the jungle, but the spider had fruits all to himself, and then he gained weight, so when he ate up all the sweet honey into a beehive, he could not get out of it! The boy did not help him. Ahter all, the spider was able to get out, but he mended his ways and always shared his fruits since then. I think that the spilit of mutual aid is very very im

Memory of my weekend

Last Thursday, I went to my friends' house and have a TAKOYAKI party! I had it for the first time in a long time, but it was very delicious as usual. I had a good time. After that, I went to our school to practice the drum and went back her house at night. She entertained me with her cooking, and it was very nice. I stayed at her house, and she and I talked together late at night. I want to go to her house again!
